Power optional concrete and grass caravan site
Liked: Facilities were ok, all basic needs met, lovely setting near to the moor, good for walks across to the Brontë walking "attractions", nice pair of cats in residence and a good selection of herbs growing on site. Richard very helpful and friendly and they even managed to sort us a bit of milk for coffee in the morning, as we'd not had chance to get to a shop! Google Maps might decide to send you the wrong way if coming from Lancashire: ignore the right turn taking you across the top of the dam -- the Mill site entrance is a bit further down the road.
Disliked: hot hand water in gents toilet didn't work, but otherwise great

Liked: Lovely pitch next to the river..
Disliked: Uneven ground for a tent, The toilet & shower facilities were very poor..its an old porta cabin.. only one hook in shower room & an old wooden stool, Floor very wet with no duck board .. making getting dry & dressed very difficult. I think the owner should try her own facilities..

Liked: Absolutely stunning place to camp in the walkers field. If you are looking for a very peaceful get away to enjoy the sound of the river, singing birds and to have your very own personal space. This is definitely ideal.
Disliked: Beware of the Nats due to being next to the river just take plenty of citronella candles they do the trick.
