Liked: Great facilities, friendly staff, sheltered and well kept pitches (we had wild weather!), easy access to the beach, and only 5 mins from great fish&chips!
Disliked: Not a fan of the wet rooms- water tends to go everywhere, but definitely wouldn't put me off returning.

Liked: Lovely site, clean and spacious toilets and showers, pool was a perfect temperature, bar was welcoming and comfortable. Lots of dog walks around the site, and enough dog bins. Beach steps were close, and the beach is dog friendly.
Disliked: It would have been even better if the bar served meals, but you can't have everything and there are pubs in Kessingland.

Liked: Lovely clean toilets and showers, lovely walks and a bar just wish they did proper food like (burger and chips etc etc nothing fancy). Nice site.
Disliked: Just happened to be some families who didn’t care about their children running wild with footballs when in the Heathland policies it states no ball games between tents caravans etc! also they had 2 electric scooters and whizzing around the campsite with no thought for people walking about and could possibly knock someone over or smash into peoples vehicles or tents caravans etc. Maybe the heathland managers could walk around more often to see this and put a stop to it! Or tell people this when they book in as someone will get hurt or cause damage!

Liked: We stayed in our tent box on pitch 43 EHU which was a good pitch not too noisy or muddy and close enough to all facilities which were clean and lovely, the water and showers were lovely and hot. Weather was rain and windy which is something no one can control unfortunately. Thankfully there is a clubhouse/bar on site that you can go to which was very nice and has entertainment on the evening. There’s also a heated outdoor pool we’re not fans of the water but great if you love to swim. We were able to pitch up our gazebo which would have been fab if weather was better but at least we were able to cook and eat our breakfast which was yummy 😋 We will definitely come back to this site again hopefully better weather next time. nice walk especially if weather good.👍 👍
Disliked: The weather ☹️
