Take a trip to the 12 acres of top terrain that makes up Algy’s Farm Campsite in Norfolk, 35 minutes’ drive from Norwich and around the same distance from the coast around Cromer and Blakeney. The site is run by a friendly family who also look after a busy farm shop selling local produce in nearby Bintree (10 minutes). Order groceries online to be delivered to your tent, whether just ahead of your arrival or after a long day out at the beaches. The park is a peaceful wildlife haven, but please keep in mind that it is on a working arable farm so care should be taken on the grounds and children will need to be supervised. Off base, explore the Norfolk coast (around 35 minutes' drive) or potter along the Peddars Way. There are toilets, hot showers, washing-up facilities and a water standpipe at the park, as well as a games area – and with several square metres allocated to each pitch there's plenty of space to breathe too.
