  • On ten acres of parkland on the outskirts of King's Lynn
  • Eco-friendly amenities including family room and disabled provision
  • Within five minutes' drive of a 24-hour supermarket
Fancy taking your folk to Norfolk? Got a yen for the Fens? Check out King’s Lynn Caravan and Camping Park, where the manicured, spacious pitches are nuzzled into ten acres of established emerald parkland on the outskirts of King’s Lynn. A swanky, eco-friendly block houses the free hot showers, toilets and vanity cubicles (there’s also a roomy family bathroom and very good disabled provision), plus facilities for washing up and laundry, and freezers for ice packs. Guests can pick up the basics from the small shop within the reception area, but the site is in any case well-served for local amenities: there’s a big 24-hour supermarket five minutes’ drive away, and a variety of top-notch hostelries and eateries where you can sample the local ale and cuisine (plus a few of the more well-known child-friendly/takeaway chains within easy driving distance).

What customers say

Great, friendly spot, always clean with top-notch loos & showers. Staff are a top bunch. Pity about the road noise for some, and a few felt the sites were a bit squashed.

Powered grass caravan site

Liked Nice site, good size overall for pitches. Facilities were fair. The onsite shop was lovely with local produce.

Disliked More space for children to play. A bit more space available for outdoor games you expect to play on a camping holiday would have been nice.

Liked We really liked being on the rally field. We booked a hard standing pitch and upon arrival we were told we could take our pick of the available pitches. This is something we really liked, we like to choose our pitch from those available ideally, but when others arrived in the coming days, they were escorted to a designated pitch (the site had become full) so totally understandable. The shower and toilet block was always clean, the onsite shop is a little gem, the location is fab for going off and exploring the Norfolk coast. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we loved the fact that we that we could pick our pitch from those available. It was a lovely mix of caravans and tents camping together in a fabulous location of exploring the Norfolk Coast. One last mention… the Irish lady in the shop, (didn’t catch her name) we had such lovely chats about travelling!

Power optional grass tent or trailer tent site

Liked Wifi

Disliked :Camping review: The site is overcrowded with tents and caravans positioned too closely together, compromising privacy. The proximity of the tents to one another is a significant drawback. Additionally, the toilet facilities require more frequent cleaning to accommodate the high volume of guests."

Powered grass and gravel caravan site

Liked Frankly, we liked nothing about this campsite and cannot understand how they rated good reviews. Our comments herein are made just as we experienced it.

Disliked Pitch was small and we were packed in like sardines in a can....far too close to other pitches. Zero privacy. Noisy. Toilet bloc was very busy and filthy. We had to complain as it was disgusting each time we used it. Costly and not worth it by a Longshot. We will never return to this one abd will be wary of the reviews on Pitch up henceforth.

From the manager: At no point did this guest raise any issues during their stay. The previous 10 reviews below this are all 10/10 except one, which is 9/10. 6 of the reviews are from the same date this guest stayed which makes us wonder if they're a bit confused with somewhere else?
