What customers say
Friendly staff, lovely spot, and tidy facilities (showers/toilets). Campsites are spacious and flat. A bit of road noise and old showers noted, but mostly great. Many want to come back! Shop and pub nearby are handy.

Just a good little site in our favourite part of the country.
Power optional grass caravan site
Liked We liked the site, we liked the facilities and utilities, we liked the price, we liked the couple who ran it, we liked the area too.
Some complained of the traffic noise but we didn't find it at all intrusive, the military jets are out and about at times but we found them 'interesting'.
I would like to say something negative to keep folk away so that we could go back knowing it'll be quiet... But l can't.
Thanks Anna and Kev.
P.S. We came with another couple, our friends, who also had a touring caravan. We all enjoyed it together... Magic!
Disliked NOWT!

Disliked Hook ups little different as cable prone to be run over due to position of electric box

Lovely small site with good facilities
Unpowered grass tent site
Liked Small site, good toilets and showers, lovely location by the river, lots of water points and friendly reception. 25 minute stroll to a lovely village-owned pub with good food.
Disliked Traffic noise was the only downside, especially in the tent area. I think it was worse during my visit because farm tractors were running early and late to bring in harvest. It's probably worth paying a little more to be in the quieter touring area.

Power optional grass caravan site
Liked Stopped last year for the night , so stopped again on the way back from a show, love this site, really nice size, super friendly owners, by the canal, nice clean facilities, well spaced pitches. 20 min walk into the village of Stoke Ferry and great little pub The Blue Bell. Highly recommended chilled site.

Lovely site but very noisy
Power optional grass caravan site
Liked Lovely location next to the river
Disliked The road noise was terrible. Where we were pitched we could see the bridge over the river and there was an almost constant stream of artics and tractors crossing the bridge. During the night I was kept awake by what I think were tractors and trailers, maybe the farmers were working through the night to get the harvest in. Then on Monday morning we were woken by fighter jets from Marham!!

Will certainly return.
Power optional grass caravan site
Liked Being near the river for kayaking.
Friendly and welcoming - people return or have seasonal pitches, and there are also narrowboat owners.
Felt very safe as a woman traveling alone (with bull terrier).
All the facilities are spotless. Great broadband.
Disliked You will need to bring earplugs as the site is next to a busy road with heavy lorry traffic.
