Liked Not much as we pulled up and after 20 minutes left again.
Disliked This is my impression
The front staff who while there were three people there only one apparently could check us in. He told me in a firm tone “ I’m on the phone I will check you in once I’m done” this took a further 5 minutes to start checking me in.
Once checked in the drive to the pitch reminded me of a high security place with the metal railings on one side and the fob activated gate (that you have to pay a deposit for).
The toilets are very dated and the design is unusual to say the least. Oh and these are also fob activated.
But the worst thing by far was the geese feces. Despite the pitch not being next to the lake I couldn’t walk two steps without stepping on some.
Well worty the money to stay for a few days.

Liked Nice and quite with clean facilities, close to the beach. During the booking process I made a mistake over the date but a quick phone call to the Fishing shop resulted in the helpful staff changing the date and all went smoothly.
Disliked I did not use the £10 deposit FOB to enter the site, it requires driving outside to operate the barrier so I just drove around when entering from the campsite side.
I was chased down by a very angry and aggressive member of staff to check whether I should have been on the caravan side of this park. While I have no problem with having good camp site security he could have been more understanding and polite before flying of the handle.
The amount of bird drooping and begging wildlife that went so far as to peck my toes.
From the manager: hi thanks for your stay what you say in your review is that instead of opening the barrier with your fob. You drove between 2 plate pots and drove round the barrier in your car. So I was making sure you were allowed on the site. As we try and ensure the site is secure.
Basic site, toilets are clean but not very modern but meet all needs

Really quiet
Facilities well stocked and clean
Nice level, generously sized pitches
Friendly staff at the reception / fishing shop
Hidden away down a lane next to a nice sized fishing lake, literally a 30 second walk to the beach. We will definitely come back again, we wouldn’t believe how quiet it was considering how busy it was.
Disliked Nothing at all!

Liked Amazing quiet place, lots of room so didn't feel and hear other people, we were travelling with dog which was super enjoyable as there is enough space to walk your dog. Sea is just 2mins away which made it extremely enjoyable. Specially in the evening listening to the sound of waves. Showers and toilets neat and clean, diswashing facilities really good. Easy arriving, friendly staff. Loved it.
Disliked Toilet/shower block could be closer but didn't really feel it as discomfort.
Been here numerous times always had a positive stay.
