What customers say
Spotless forest site with a top-notch pool & spa. Spacious spots, friendly staff, heaps of kids' fun. Wi-Fi and dog rules copped a bit of flak, plus some noise. Great for bushwalks and bike rides.

Liked So much for the kids to do (ages 13 and 6). Excellent facilities and activities, lovely food and fantastic location next to the Forest of Dean trails
Disliked Pitch felt a little small, I couldn’t fit the car on it with the caravan and awning

Powered gravel and concrete caravan site
Liked Big site, decent restaurant and good selections of drinks. Food reasonably priced. We would return.
Plants of walks for dogs, plenty for the kids to do. Good indoor swimming pool.
Disliked Dogs not allowed inside, so that's all the night time entertainment gone! Have to sit outside for food and drink.
Shower block only had 3 showers in it, needs more for a big site.

The Mead powered gravel and concrete campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked Facilities, activities on offer, multiple use of indoor pool and facilities, massive field for the children to play on, food on site is affordable and delicious, drinks are fairly priced, evening entertainment suits everyone
Disliked WiFi signal isn’t great on the mead, which didn’t bother the smaller children and ourselves but the 13 year old did have a moan

Overall we enjoyed out stay but feel it could have been better
Powered gravel and concrete caravan site
Liked Facilities, forest walks, large pitch.
Disliked The Dell toilet block often ran out of toilet paper and was dirty more often than not. Although staff cleared tables on the terrace area no attempts was made to clean the tables therefore people were eating off dirty tables! For the site the size it is to have only one service point on the upper level with nothing in the lower Dell area needs to be looked at.

We will be back!
Powered gravel and concrete caravan site
Liked * Swimming pool perfect for kids and warm!!!
* Kids entertainment - great - especially sarah, big shout out to her!
* Size of pitch perfect
* Close to forest
* Lots of places in the area to run or walk (from the campsite)
* Big playing field
* nature trail perfect for adult and kids
Disliked We were plot 61. A bit close to the football pitch. It was ok for us as we have kids that sleep. But i would imagine if you had kids who find it difficult, it could be a bit noisy with footie being played until 10pm
