Liked: Great communication from the owner Jade even before we got to the campsite & during our stay. The cleanest portaloos we have ever seen at a campsite. Stunning scenery and massive choice of pitches. Running water and honesty box if you fancy a treat. The Blind Bull pub was very close.

Liked: The campsite is in a lovely location on a working farm with beautiful views. If you enjoy getting back to nature then I’d recommend this campsite. The check-in was really easy and relaxed as you’re able to choose where you’d like to pitch in the 3 fields they have. Jade who runs the campsite was really helpful and the facilities are all well kept.

Liked: Lovely warm welcome from Jade, who was very helpful and has set up all the necessary basic facilities which are kept very clean (portaloos were kept clean and smelling fresh!) Very nice to be able to pick our own pitch from a choice of a couple of large fields. No electric so we got to test out leisure battery/solar power. The walk to the Pub is easy, less than 5 mins down a track. The pub is very nice and serves good beer and although we didn’t eat there the food looked good too!

Liked: Friendly host. Spacious pitch. All tents were about 7-10 meters apart so nice and private. I liked that we could choose our own spot anywhere in the field so we could find a place which suited our tent perfectly. Toilets were clean and well stocked. Great views. Good location for walkers/hikers.
