What customers say
Peaceful, back-to-basics campsite with awesome views. Guests loved the quiet vibe and freedom to pitch anywhere. Portaloos were super clean. Great for walks, short stroll to the pub. Some said it's sloped, so bring ramps. A few thought it was a bit pricey for what's on offer.

Nice open area
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Does what it says on the tin! Nice open field and a couple of portaloos!
The people running it just leave you be and noticed them cleaning the toilets not long after we arrived.
Disliked Only downside was that majority of the field was sloped so we kept sliding down the bed in the night!! The other thing was that we only wanted to book one night because of the weather and the website wouldn't allow it so had to pay for 2 so lost out on £20. We mentioned it to the owners when we saw them so hopefully being resolved.
I also feel that £20 is a little steep, we stayed somewhere at the side of a reservoir with hardstanding pitches for £10 a night, so that had more going for it than here.
