This campground/park has no on-site shower facilities.
At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- There may be loud music audible on site until around 11pm due to events nearby on 16 May and 01, 15 and 30 August.

Liked A delightful back to basics campsite right on my doorstep. I will be back soon. The facilities were pristine and there were lots of thoughtful touches. Just loved the recycling setup as well. Very reasonably priced as well, especially for a solo traveller. Plus the firewood they sell was really the best I’ve used in a very long time. Quiet and pencil and the host went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable.

Liked I wanted a no-frills, quiet, peaceful getaway for one night and this campsite was exactly what I needed.
It's just two fields and a toilet block - which was spotless.
Lovely walk out the back of the site, which was a massive bonus, too.
The only sound was birdsong - pure bliss.

A very chilled and relaxed camp…

Liked A very chilled and relaxed camp site for short stays; the availabilty of firepits and logs was a nice touch. The nearby village with pub and shop was handy, although the steep climb along the road to the lane back to the camp site is not for faint hearted!
Portable toilet block was keep clean.
Disliked Water point could have used clear signage.

Liked Loads of space for the kids to play, toilet block was kept really clean.
Disliked An argument Saturday night between two sets of campers over dogs off leads, not the owners fault.

Away but close enough to get additional provisions
Lucinder was very friendly and relaxed..
Overall a great experience ....will definately return
Disliked Not a dislike...shower block would be great especially in the hot hot weather we experienced.....but not essential.
Suggest a freezer for us poor campers to keep ice blocks in....
But it will not stop us coming back....
