Δεν μου άρεσε: Not many toilets in the toilet block but they were never busy when we needed them. Make sure you avoid the bridge down the road from the site if you're towing anything! No matter how small, the bridge is very very narrow. Nothing to do with the site, but worth noting in here because there's not much warning on approach.

Δεν μου άρεσε: sanitary block was very old and unacceptable with one shower per gender, and with loose tiles slopping grey water around the drying area, small sink for face and other washes. Dangerous uneven steps leading down to block with rough sawn handrails and rough pebble dashed wall to stop your potential fall.

This was the most expensive and poorest site we stayed on.

Δεν μου άρεσε: It's not a campsite it's a building site is have contacted Maguires and pitch up for a refund and not heard anything back.
It's dirty and poor facilities no disabled access to showers and toilets. The workmen were digging right in front of us from 8am with noisy heavy machinery there is only one shower each for male and female and their old and dirty.
It was the most expensive site of the 12 sites in a row we book on our roadtrip and that includes the 2 other maguires sites we stayed at. There is no staff only Gordon who is a nice enough fella and lives on site in a motor home.

Since the recent acquisition of the park by Maguires Country Parks, we’ve begun a phased redevelopment programme to bring the site up to the high standard we maintain across all our parks.
