The pitch was a good hard standing. Po was good, but expensive for children.

Showers were cold, shower blocks not cleaned regularly. Stable bar was in need of an update - quite dirty. Food was not good, steak chewy, no mustard or mushrooms. On Monday 8/9 they started digging out/preparing a field above our pitch for more static caravans - diggers, dumper trucks and lorries driving up and down all day from 7:30am. Very noisy and left a lot of mud. I paid for internet connectivity, which was hit and miss, then broke completely on Friday 12/9 and was out for 48 hours. Reception did nothing to help. Site has gone downhill since Park Holidays took over.

Really lovely little campsite, clean facilities and stunning views.

Chip shop not open enough, with nothing being in walking distance you have a captive market . Would have love to have seen a little coffee shop . Paid a lot for WiFi and it didn’t work very well

Campsite as a whole. But since park took over , ( our first visit since)seems lots of wee changes altered whole experience and mood not for the good sadly.
All though staff seemed stretched and not best pleased in their roles and could see place has issues were treated well and best could of been treated still made feel welcome and important.

In height of season chip shop closed ? Staff dont seem as jolly or happy as previous years . Ice cream shed closed, wood fired pizza van gone , pool actually quite cool bordering on cold. Lot of small touches such as plants in wash / toilet blocks at entrance gone . No cigarettes now stocked in shop as well as other things..so a run out has be done . Staff obviously not happy and discussing it in front of guests, but as guests were still treated well. Seems to of lost its original feeling .

I stayed here a few years ago and had an amazing experience but not the same now - the facilities are all there but the organisation and care is now non existent , things change but sadly for the worst here

Poor organisation at booking stage & on arrival and no information given regarding where and what’s on. Conflicting information on the door of the swimming pool telling you to call to book- you call always busy- went to reception told you can just turn up- turned up and pool was closed 2x. Everything is a guessing game

Lovely location and great sized pitches.

cold showers, dirty facilities with no toilet roll and half the toilet door locks missing, crazy golf course in poor condition meaning you loose your ball half way round, arcade room where nothing works, swimming pool closed more than open with numerous excuses given, unhelpful staff, bar food ok but would be better with proper chips rather than the school cafeteria ones they currently use, beer was flat with staff swilling the glass to get any sort of head. overall very poor. Chose this site because of all the extras advertised for the kids but couldn't use any of them. will not be returning

Internet is patchy through out the day, cleanliness in the shower block and toilets was bad but could have been due to bank holiday weekend but that should have ment an increase. Felt over crowded but again was bank holiday.
Had to pay extra £4.50/person for the pool felt a bit much for just a pool when you’ve paid for the site

We only stayed overnight and didn't have time to use all the facilities but it seemed very family friendly. Shower rooms were usable and clean with nice warm showers and plenty of toilets. The restaurant was nice with good food too, pool table, darts, arcade etc so was very family and dog friendly.
