Just about everything! Lovely location, facilities and wasnt too busy even during peak school summer holidays. Some nice extras to do like swimming, crazy golf, pitch and put. 2 x pubs and entertainment on site and a real mix of animals, magic, music.

Our only dislike was that there seemed to be an infestation of wasps! We saw literally dozens of the things both where we pitched up but also around the pub area. Not sure if that was just seasonal or if there is a nest somewhere (or multiple) which needs sorting out.

The only other small grumble is that you have to pay for Wifi, and things like the crazy golf which could be foc.

Lovelly clean accommodation with good toilet and shower facilities with in walking reach. Our accommodation was comfortable as we stayed in the the glamping pods which were spacious.

Lots of things to do on site with a swimming pool, park, horse riding and bars.

The site is in a good location with lots of things within a short driving distance.

Our only downside there was no information for the opening times for the shop and the fish and chip shop. After being out all day we was hoping to have a chippy but due to it being closed on a Friday evening we had to go back out and find food else where

Considering it was the school summer holidays, the opening times for the bar and pool were limited. It would have been useful if on arrival we were provided with an opening times information as it was a bit erratic.

Really good site with all modern facilities compared to other sites I have previously visited. Has a lot of potential and ideal for families as there’s lots of kids to do.

The lack of entertainment in the evenings. This is more for adults but there needs to be a balance. Given the site is in the middle of most places nearby, they really could do more here.

Dirty toilets and showers, unable to keep clothes dry. Rude staff (apatt from 2), food at the restaurant was poor quality, drinks overpriced. Paid extra for wifi which was useless and didn't work for days. Will not be returning.

The on site chipshop is only open friday-Sunday(in high season) if your Unfortunate too eat there the food is very poor quality.
The stables bar food isn't much better to be honest and they decide when they serve food. Several members of our family turned up for lunch at 1pm too be told they wernt serving lunch until 3pm.
Breakfast is also served on a can I be bothered basis it's supposed too be between 8.30 until 11.30 but due too staff absence isn't served everyday.
This is find confusing since half the staff that work there appear too live on site.
The swimming pool is too be swam in at your own risk. It cost £4.50( not the £3.65) advertised on pitch up and absolutely stinks of urine. Its unmanned and I dont know how often it's cleaned but the water is cloudy and the bottom of the pool has a layer of dirt.
The shower block is cleaned regularly but the showers dont stay on so you have too keep pressing the button.
They advertise a petting zoo this doesnt exist and the same can be said for the riding stables which are there but didn't appear manned at all during our week stay.
The crazy golf is not worth the money it's on an uneven cement pitch which makes is almost impossible too keep your ball on the the right hole zone.
Dont pay for WiFi it doesnt work anywhere on the whole site.
We would never return such a shame it's a beautiful part of the country. We camp every year and this was the most expensive site we have booked. We have been too other family run sites with free swimming and better facilities. I dont know if it's because it's been taken over by park holidays but it's been a massive let down. What can't be helped and isn't the parks fault is the strong smell of weed and people drinking until 2am.
So if you like your sleep and a half decent campsite. I would Avoid this place!
