Lots to do for kids.

Expensive. Food and drink was expensive if you wanted to eat on site. The shop was very overpriced too. Over £2 for a loaf of white sliced bread. £13 for a pizza. £11 for a small portion of fish and chips. The fish was mostly batter.

Not that clean. They should employ more cleaners for the shower and toilet blocks. Floors dirty. No sinks in the shower block, you have to brush your teeth in the toilets.

Swimming pool was ok but I was told when coming out and trying to rebook for the next day that I had to come back at 4pm. I had booked the 2 previous days at around 11am without any problems so no idea why I was unable to book again. Should have asked. When my husband went in to book at around 5 o’clock he was told they only had a late slot for the next day. No good for my youngest.

The grass pitch we were given was full of stones. We ended up binning most of our pegs as they were so bent where we had tried to get them in the ground. It also had mess from the people before us that hadn’t been cleared. There seemed to be an upended ashtray with cigarette butts still there. Also some old plastic bags and a lump of dog muck. Lovely.

I had emailed the site a week or so before we came to ask if we could have a pitch close to the toilet and shower block as my son had broken his leg and was on crutches. No apparently that was too much trouble to keep something close for us, we just had to tell the man who showed us to our pitch when we arrived. We did ask the guy who showed us to our pitch but he said you have to take what there is. We were no where near the toilets.

There was a lot of noise, it went on until around midnight in the good weather. Adults screaming and shouting at each other. No security that I saw. There was a bloke in a van who spent time driving around the site. Possibly could have done with him starting a bit later and telling people to shut up by 11pm.

The arcade wasn’t great. We put a few pound coins in the machines and they didn’t work. The basketball game must be raking it in. Pool table works but you have to give the money slot a good shake if you want the balls to come out. No one around to tell. One overworked guy on the bar.

We came home early in the end. I felt like an inconvenience.

Limited swim session and having to book a day in advance, this should be more clearly advertised.

Male life guard would only talk to female swimmers, noted for a good 45 minutes this was very off putting for family . When I did attempt to speak with him he passed me on to another life guard so he could continue a casual conversation with a group of females.

Arcade is very understaffed and constant issues with machines on multiple visits

New toilet block.

Filthy site with lots of rubbish strewn around. No where to drop grey water and a single drinking water tap to try to fill up the on board fresh water tank. Those two was not in an accessible place and had to be abandoned.

we had a lovely pitch 100 it was a lovely holiday with our grandchildren 12 and 10 so safe for them to ride their bikes and scooters the children joined in with activities and they loved it ,swimming pool small but warm and good size as they limit the amount of people in any hr plenty of room to swim and have fun ,Body zorbing was so much fun for them to do and us to watch and laser tag the children had so much fun there still talk about it ,the staff were so friendly and so great it was so dog friendly we will be back

The friday night got very busy with children who were rude,and throwing stones at the van their parents didn't care what their children were doing
The shower rooms get very wet with one small hook If you're lucky your clothes get wet and it's impossible to get dried and dressed not enough drainage
The water taps outside near the toilets grass always thick mud same problem no fall and correct drainage
Dog poo camp site not all over but where you would walk your dog near the outer part of campsite not the dogs fault it's the lazy owners
and the bins need to be emptied more often at busy times BUT THIS DIDN'T SPOIL OUR HOLIDAY

The pizzas are very nice but a little expensive. Plenty to do for children on site.

Even though stated minimum distance of 3 metres between pitches we was lucky if we have 1.5m between tents either side of us. Pitches are not as big as stated. Our 6x4m tent just about fit on our pitch. Very noisy at night, lots of people making noise after the 11pm curfew. Lot of rubbish around the site, hardly saw any workers in the touring part of the site over the 4 days we was there.

Lovely site and friendly staff. Tent pitches nice. Toilet / shower facilities clean.
Kids enjoyed the activities, easy to book on to.

The camp is a nice size and a lot to do, we had teenagers but managed to book swimming although our trip was cut short and only there 36 hours as the storm took hold 4 Aug 2025

Upon arrival the reception was closed speaking to what seemed like a call
Centre overseas. After half a hr waiting around finally file me pitch numbers.
The pitch was full of stones so getting the tent pegs in was a nightmare.
After our tent was up we realised we had pitch on dog poo the whole area outside and inside our tent stank disgusting!!!
The electric hook up was a distance from the tent so 4 extension leads as didn’t have the long electrical one which I suggest is a must here.
People had left The day after we arrived and left broken mirror, rubbish, tent pegs bins over flowing.
Toilets grubby toilet roll everywhere kids in and out with no shoes and mucky wet floor I didn’t see any cleaners in or around in fact I saw one member of staff on a little buggy there was no staff to be seen.
Showers were ok not much facilities here a plug for hairdryer and straighteners would be ideal. ( hair dryers are fitted) The ceiling for the showers is a high gloss so as soon as my autistic daughter saw these she was worried people would see her reflection and I sure could see her as I waited for her. No shelves in shower for bottles constantly pressing shower every 3 seconds and bending down to pick bottles up while holding toothbrush, could be so much easier with the addition of a shelf.
The restaurant is extortionate we decided to cook ourselves, £14 for a margarita from the pizza van, fish box was so tasteless frozen chicken burgers and just overpriced.

Lovely campsite and holiday park. Great pitches for camping, showers, toilets, and facilities on site. 5 min drive to a sandy beach.

Nowhere to freeze ice packs for cool boxes.
