Lovely friendly campsite with loads to do. Very clean showers and toilets. Great choice of food options including a chippy open til 10pm every night on site! Will definitely be booking again.

We took out 13, 11, 4 and 2 year old for 4 nights and there's plenty to do for all of them. The site is kept nice and clean and the entertainment every day was great. All the staff were lovely and very helpful considering I managed to book activities at the wrong camp which they fully refunded

The ground was awful for hammering pegs into even though they were tough terrain pegs. It took ages to set up as we could hardly find anywhere to get the pegs in which wasn't stones

Very good site. Nice and clean and facilities great. The amount for kids to do was brilliant and well organised. Shop is well stocked and reasonably priced. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Somw of the ten pitches are stoney so difficult the put pegs in ground but managed with a mallet

The area, surroundings, and park are beautiful. The toilets and facilities were spotless. The dog walk is massive and kept him well exercised. Electric hookup worked well, and the security going round regularly was a big benefit. Will be back again good value and perfect surroundings.

The torrential rain, but that's the UK for you.

No dogs allowed in the restaurant or bar but is a dog friendly site.

Shower/toilet block were well maintained throughout the stay. They looked fairly new. Liked that the passes were included in the price so could go swimming and use the site facilities. Kids loved painting pots and body zorbing. The guy that did both had us in stitches and the kids looked out for him throughout the stay. Great play area on the caravan site and the football nets on the camp ground were a hit with our 3 boys.

When we arrived it was a bit of a free for all to get a pitch with an electric hookup, were given our passes and told to go find a pitch. Could only find one after driving around. Some campers had several hooked up so couldn't use those. Thankfully found one with one spare so we could use it. Would have preferred to have been assigned a pitch.

Had to choose own pitch, as a result only left with one electrical pitch to choose from, I'm sure people had used electric pitches without paying for them.

Payed for a zorbing activity, our child attended but was the only one doing it, so staff didn't really know what to do with her yet still took full payment just merely pushed her around in the zorb ball for 30 mins

The site was clean showers and toilets were kept clean the staff at the outside bar and shop were very friendly

Not a campsite to visit if you want a nice relaxing hoilday as no one abides by the rules we had a group of adults and children shouting/swearing /partying n slamming car doors till 4 in the morning security were fab through the day but unless at night I rang security on the second night to see if the could come and have a word with the group but no one came to them then everytine i rang my call was cancelled i complain twice 2 reception we have an autistic son and we told when we arrived the pitch we were shown was in a nice quiet spot which wasn't true it was right next to the football pitch so got the football kicked at are tent and van most of the hoilday the club is upstairs so if you have a pram or wheelchair like us you carnt get up to it .
swimming was always booked up so only got to go swimming once 😕 it's a nice site if you don't mind the lack of sleep and people who like to party allday we came home a day before we were ment to but if a van was drivable we would have come home sooner 😕
