Unbeliebt: Paid for wi-fi but the signal was very poor couldn't really use it, but it was only £5 for 2 devices
Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review which we appreciate. We are working to having to wifi free for next season as the signal is poor especially when the weather is bad, but thank you again.

Unbeliebt: No toilet roll in the ladies bathrooms until after 9am on the Saturday morning. Some very frustrated ladies having to share one kind woman’s own supply and grubby toilets.
The promised Andy takeaway van never came - leaving two disappointed young kids not getting their chippy tea after a full day on the lake. Advertised in both the welcome pack and in the shop window.
So glad you enjoyed your fully serviced pitch and yes we are in a very good location for Bala town and the lake. Depending on who is covering the weekends , some of the staff do not start work until 9.00am and the Shower block is the first port of call to fill up toilet roll and to clean up after guests!. Adam had a last minute emergancy, we should have informed the campsite but we were also aware that there are plenty of eating places in the town with a very good chippy there.

We're sorry you weren't happy with your pitch, however there is very little we can do about the ground being hard. These pitches are due to be renovated (hopefully this Winter) but they will still remain hardstanding pitches so not the best for tent pegs.
