Unfortunately we did have very noisy neighbours until 4am even after being told earlier on to be quiet , the following morning they were asked to leave. Can’t fault the staff!Unbeliebt: Only Criticism I have is our pitch was on a slope so trying to park our car there when damp as there was nowhere else to park means we did have trouble at one point getting our car off. Wouldn’t stop me returning though

We're very sorry about the noise issue but we did our best to resolve it eventually.
Unfortunately it has been a very wet Summer and admittedly the pitches are more saturated than they would normally be at this time of year - this is just out of our control I'm afraid...
Excellent family friendly site, great pitches & superb amenities.

We were able to walk the 400 metre path down to the small beach by the sailing club gate, carrying our paddle boards, saving the trek across to the main beach close to town. Some great footpaths into the hills and around Bala and some nice cycle routes too. Staff were always friendly and helpful, pitches of reasonable size and nice clean toilets/showers.
Unbeliebt: The site could possibly do with a couple more toilet/shower cubicles as the site was full and the facilities were at capacity.

Übersetzen (Von Google Translate)Beliebt: Absolutely gorgeous site. The lake is just 5 minutes walk down the road, the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The site is immaculate- lawns are mowed & landscaped to a really high standard.
They have a hot food - burgers, chips & fish - place on site which was delicious & helpful as we didn’t having cooking gear on this trip.Unbeliebt: I was travelling with my young son and as such was placed between two large groups of families. Both parties literally partied all of the first night and we got very little sleep.
We didn’t stay our second night as a result.
If we come again, I won’t mention children in the booking to avoid being placed near the rowdiest people!

Unfortunatley when you make your own booking on line, the pitch that is allocated to you is out of our hands. Hopefully you will come and visit us again but I would reccommend that you ring the office so that we can allocate you to a pitch that suits your needs.
