Great generous gravel pitches, with beautiful views. The club house is very smart and the grounds are excellent. Just a ten minute walk into Narbeth. A really good site

Open space.
Good hand dryers in the toilet.

Only 8 toilets in one block (4 gents / 4 ladies) for all the pitches.
Toilets constantly blocked due to poor flushing system.
Reported and plumber rodded the toilets but still the toilets blocked again.
Outdoor swimming pool that was advertised was not in use. However not advised when booking through pitchup.
Quite expensive as it cost £40 per night for the pitch

The site appeared lovely grass areas well maintained.
Pub was lovely but extremely expensive food.
Close to Narbeth and 20 mins to Tenby and Saundersfoot

Pool was closed no mention of this anywhere or after you booked.
After a night of torrential rain I called emergency number as no electric. Appeared not to want to help.
Following morning the entire toilet blocks toilets were to the brim. Didn't seem to be any rush to resolve.
Heck of a walk back and for if down far bottom for toilets.
Not somewhere I will sadly visit again with a young family.

The site itself was lovely, the main reception was clean and the club house looked nice.
The pitch was flat and hookup and water was close by.
Close to Narberth town.
Male reception staff very helpful.

The toilets and shower block was dated and at times very unclean.
For example, toilets blocked and tissue paper on floor, no bin bag in bins.
Only one toilet out of 4 in the ladies was useable, the rest were blocked and overflowing with tissue and poop. Walked to club house toilets as they were clean.
The showers had dirty items left in them.
Clubhouse - menu limited and expensive and did not serve breakfast.
Female reception staff member was not helpful about local area.
Pool areas advertised on website and welcome pack, but were empty of water and not in use.

Site gave me a pitch very close to my daughter’s family in one of the pods. Very clean site with good toilets etc.

Some additional bins and some dog poo bins down the bottom of the site would be helpful

At first, we reserved a glamping pod three days beforehand... On Friday morning, I got a call informing us of an upgrade. When we entered the caravan, we were blown away by its layout, featuring an upstairs area with two beds, a downstairs double bed, an en suite and a hot tub.. There are two parks and a pub serving incredible food; the steak was exceptional. There's plenty to do off site also we really enjoyed our visit

Payment in advance was required for meals and the female employees at the on-site pub were unwelcoming.
Would be good if there was entertainment.

Really nice welcome by a young man in the restaurant, nice big pitches, toilets and showers really clean but very dated, only 10 minute walk into town centre

Friendly, well presented park. Dated but clean toilet blocks.

The beds in the pods were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever stayed on. You can feel the springs just by touching them let along lying on them. Neither of us slept well. Please invest in new mattresses.

The site was well kept and even though it was very wet the mud wasn’t too much of an issue . The drinks (both beer and cocktails) in the clubhouse/bar were very nice and very reasonably priced.

I feel the site needs more lighting situated around walking routes to pitches as it’s in total darkness. Whilst we understand Easter weekend to be busy on two occasions we tried to book in for lunch and dinner and were told they were fully booked, when we went for drinks the restaurant was fairly empty. Also the bar closed at 9:15 not as late as advertised.
