Excellent customer service. Everyone who worked on the site was outstanding. Very kind and friendly staff. Very helpful. Very nice resturant too. Log cabin was very nice.

Beds were a little bit uncomfy but we forgot pillows so likely that had something to do with it.

Level, dry pitch.

Nowhere to empty waste water tanks.

Lovely site close to everything you would like on a break away. Town is around 10mins walk away. So many beautiful beaches close by and forest walks

2 small parks lots of room for kids to play.
Pod was very clean although mattresses were slighty uncomfortable.
Toilet block showers and washing up facilities were extremely clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Pool was closed which we were unaware of at the time of booking.. although we were then contacted a week before arrival to inform us of the pool closure.

Pods were small for 4 people. You would need to bring camping equipment if staying more than 1 night.

Spacious pitches in a beautiful site. Clean & warm facilities. Stunning views and an ideal location.
The food in the restaurant was delicious! Really good quality, well presented and full of flavour. Lovely atmosphere in the bar/restaurant and a quirky decor that works well.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Check out at 9am is too early swimming pool is not in use unfortunately (we were made aware of this in advance)

The gravel pitch, hook up and water at pitch, the bar/restaurant was really quirky and enjoyed the food was able to get in no problems but the site wasn’t busy which surprised me, maybe being in administration put people off? Staff were friendly…
The grass was cut whilst there which made the site look tidy, the toilet block was clean, there are some visitors who leave it dirty so maybe could clean twice a day rather than one…

It was quite a trek to the toilet/shower block washing facilities where we were down hill going uphill coming back, if mobility issues would be an issue, I’d had an ankle op so was still recovering and found the trek quite hard going and too far to go to wash pots maybe have a facility further up the hill or put camper vans closer to the block…it was a shame the swimming pool
Wasn’t open told closed due to health and safety issue due to being in administration, the reason I chose the site, but we did other things so didn’t spoil things too much…oh and WiFi was absolutely rubbish, if you need to do a little work don’t bother, first site iv been with such poor connection
