Great place for families, close to Folly Farm and heated swimming pool

Lovely maintained site, great facilities, staff really welcoming.
Log pod was ideal for our needs a packed few days so just needed somewhere to sleep.

The mattresses in the pod was awful, so uncomfortable and the pod smelt of dog and no matter how much we kept door and widow open this didn't go. This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.

The site was lovely. Plenty of space between the pods, with a pic nic bench and storage. The pod was surprisingly roomy. Sufficient for our needs. Camping but without the tent! Toilet, shower block and dish washing facilities not far from the pods, which were kept clean and tidy. Low level lighting (as not to disturb) during the night to light your way there. Some lovely green spaces. Dogs to be kept on the lead but there are plenty of dog friendly beaches around. A park close to the pods for little ones. Didn't use the restaurant although staff were friendly on arrival and departure.

Site was lovely and clean with 2 parks for the children.
We stopped in a pod and it was worth the money & had heating which warmed the space up quickly.
Toilets were clean.

Would be good if there were a local shop on site.

The location was great, Narberth has plenty of places to eat & a great supermarket.
The site is really nice, spread out and great privacy hedges inbetween plots. It has lots of green space & 2 playparks for young children

-The swimming pools are not in use but the site advertises with them open!!
-Only one rubbish area at the entrance
-The bin in the toilet was left overfull for over 2 days (it had dog poo bags in it too)
- No soap in the toilets, I told the male cleaner and they were still empty 2 days later
- Male cleaning attendant didn't clean until 0830-0900. When most people wanted to use the showers/toilet
- Poo stains on the toilet wall
- I wrote a complaint re: false advertising (swimming pools are not in use)and have not had any response. Staff at the site were not interested, I was told to speak to a young man who did not acknowledge or accept that they are advertising the site falsely. He just expected us to drive to the sister site to pay to use the swimming pool

Pitch size and privacy

No pool. Specifically booked because there was a pool. Did not inform before arrival that it was not open. Very annoyed. Staff were miserable and rude

Lovely campsite .

Showers and toilets very dated. A long way to walk from pitch. Not very clean and the shower button had to be held in place just to get wet. They encourage dogs but no dog bins in the camp.

A few parks for the kids. Really clean site. Great toilet / showers. Friendly staff. Very peaceful.

Neither pool was in working order this was a big part of why we booked so it would have been good to know in advance.
No onsite shop for essentials.

The pod was great. Warm and comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Narberth town centre in walking distance.

The only gripe was the pool was out of action which meant we had to travel to the sister site.

The food in the restaurant was nice but had limited menu.

The ladies toilet facilities were blocked, which we reported to reception. The same happend the following day which is when they closed the toilets. On the third day the gents filets were blocked. Not what we expected for this campsite.
The pool was as also closed for repairs.
