The reason we don't have sinks in the toilets is because it creates a backlog of people queuing for the toilet in the morning as those who do their make-up and clean their teeth take their time without a care for others waiting.
We put hand gel in the toilets and try to keep it topped up, but it disappears as soon as we put it in....it's an endless battle.
I've mentioned on previous reviews that it's very difficult to get planning permission for a campsite in Sedbergh, it took us 3 years and the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority were very clear that camping had to be camping - and not allowed to migrate into glamping and pampering. As such, we're very careful in how we advertise our facilities to try and manage customers expectations.
