The location (lovely walks, near to supermarkets, local attractions) The river (accessible) Attention to detail (sanitary products! First aid box etc.) Toilets (the best I’ve ever seen!!) Immaculate Kitchen- kettle, fridge, pans, utensils Games for children Masses of space Huge shelter for communal eating & lots of benches Free fire pits (£5 for wood) The list goes on… one of the best campsites I have ever stayed in!

Syntes ikke om The drive down to (& back up from) the site was very scary! It’s mostly loose gravel and there are many potholes. I don’t care about the odd scratch/ding but, from the sound of the clanging and scraping, I actually thought I’d seriously damaged the underside of my car a couple of times. However, I appreciate that it would be a huge cost to rectify this and understand why they’ve had to wait to be able to make this investment.
