Syntes om Pleasant (mostly) quiet campsite. Good facilities with electric and a number of water filling points. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I paid £172 for 5 nights with EHU. Good hardstanding pitches for campers and vans with a fair amount of grass for tents. Small dog walking area which was handy. Clean toilets and showers (maybe doesn’t need to blast out the radio constantly - nobody wants to hear me singing along! 😂). Helpful managers. Great location off the A5 and close to Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Chirk Castle and Erddig Hall (we visited all of them). If we’d stayed longer we’d have visted Llangollen and some local beauty spots too but ran out of time unfortunately.

Syntes ikke om Campsite Wifi was abysmal. Unfortunately we were there on a Saturday night which was fine in the campsite itself. But just over the other side of the main road is some kind of event venue so we were subjected to drunken karaoke which didn’t stop until almost 3am. A shame because it was beautifully peaceful otherwise.
