Syntes om The scenery was lovely and it feels like you're lost in the middle of nowhere. Pitches where in excellent condition, showers, washing area for pots etc was very good too. Not too busy or loud, excellent for families, my kids enjoyed playing with the other kids there.

Syntes ikke om Quite tricky to find but once you are there its easy to navigate around. Also sat nav sent me down lanes big enough for one car and a tractor nearly took out our car, but did encounter this various places in the lake district. You can hear the traffic from the m6 in the distance at night. Not an big issue or too loud but a distant noise of traffic which takes away from the feeling of being away from it all.
