We do try to see and welcome everyone on their day of arrival, although unfortunately it sounds like we may have missed you during our walk around the site that evening – apologies for that. For future reference, the pre-arrival email we send includes a link to our site map, alongside your allocated pitch number. All of our facilities, including the rubbish and recycling area, are clearly marked on the map. The email also includes a link to our online guest book, which contains useful information about the site and your stay, including details of our free Wi-Fi and how to connect.
