With regards to dogs, they must be kept on leads around the park for the safety and comfort of all guests. This is a standard rule on most holiday parks and is clearly included in our park rules, which guests agree to when booking. It is a reasonable expectation that guests read the rules they have agreed to before arrival. Generators are not permitted on the camping field, as they can cause noise and disturbance to other guests. We appreciate this may not have suited your set up, but this rule is in place for good reason and is also part of the booking conditions. We are sorry to hear you felt the toilets were not clean during your stay. Our facilities are checked and cleaned regularly, but during busy periods they can unfortunately deteriorate quickly depending on how guests use them. With regards to the shop, deliveries and restocking do need to take place during opening hours so that guests have access to the products they need throughout the day. We are sorry to hear your partner caught her foot on a box, and we will remind the team to keep walkways as clear as possible. Thank you for your feedback.
