Syntes ikke om Showers: one was scorching, another freezing cold Public footpaths: many were blocked, overgrown, full of unfenced horses. Had to retrace my steps many a time. They have put me off returning.

Syntes ikke om Toilets a bit dirty; ran out of soap at one point No wardens on site. No one to call out of hours in case of problems. Pitches are on top of each other.

Syntes om This is a gem of a site that we booked on the same day to break the journey home. What a find! It was such a shame we could only stay the one night. What makes this quiet, spacious site stand out from every other campsite we've stayed on is that it's a children's paradise. Our 13-year-old twins absolutely loved it, and it was so lovely to see them just be kids again, riding around on the many bikes on site, playing the games in the den, playing football. Everything was provided and well thought out, and we loved the table tennis in the den. As if those things weren't enough, there were miles of public footpaths around, and within 10 minutes, there was a park, so the kids were able to go off site and find that too. There is a bit of road noise, but it didn't bother us. We loved it so much that we immediately booked to go back again.

Syntes ikke om We couldn't find anywhere to put the black-bag rubbish. The toilets needed a towel, as there was nothing to dry our hands on. There was only one shower.

Syntes om Loved this campsite on the outskirts of Bude. Will definitely be returning. It is small, well kept, clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. By about 9.30, everything had gone quiet, which was great - no parties/lots of noise at night. We loved being able to leave the car at the site and walk into Bude via the public footpaths.
