Syntes om 🏕️ A wonderful camping trip at Tyn yr Onnen! 🏕️ What a beautiful few days away — the perfect place to relax, reset and spend some quality family time. We stayed in the Moel Pod, situated right next to the park, which was perfect for the boys. We loved that the park closes at 8pm too — great for keeping things peaceful in the evenings. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of Moel Eilio and Mynydd Mawr (Elephant Mountain) 🏔️. There are also plenty of lovely walks straight from the campsite, so there’s lots to explore without having to go far. We ventured to the Watkins path one day and had a scenic adventure to the waterfall. We loved the well-equipped little shop on site, which had everything we needed. We also liked that we could wash / dry our clothes in the utility room, where there was also fridge / freezers and a microwave, handy for heating up food. But the kids’ favourite part was definitely feeding the donkeys every day! 🫏Donkey food is just £1 a bag from the shop, and it quickly became part of our daily routine! 😊 along with making a fuss of the campsite dog, who we all loved 🐶 The campsite itself is clean, modern and beautifully kept, with such friendly and welcoming owners. We’ve had a fantastic family camping trip and will definitely be looking forward to coming back next year! 🏕️❤️ Thank you Tyn yr Onnen for a wonderful stay! 🥰
