Syntes ikke om I was sent the menu when I booked (for a Monday night during the school summer holidays) so expected the restaurant and cafe to be open. It wasn’t open and we didn’t bring gas as we were looking forward to food and drinks out. A bit disappointing and we had to make do with random bits in the fridge. On arrival at the automated gate, It took 5 phone calls to the advertised number before someone picked up so we could gain entry. Only one mobile number is shown on the pitch up website (which didn’t pick up) I happened to find a second mobile number on a different website which did work.

We're very sorry again for the difficulty you experienced accessing the site on arrival. As we explained at the time, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Your experience highlighted an issue with our automated gate system, and following your report our engineer attended on the Tuesday to repair the fault. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it enabled us to resolve the problem quickly. Regarding the restaurant, we're sorry for your disappointment. However, we would like to clarify that we do not serve evening meals on weekdays and have never offered evening dining on Mondays. We have checked the information sent to you on 30th July, which clearly stated that our restaurant is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We always aim to provide accurate information before guests arrive so they can plan accordingly. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your stay overall.
