Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our campsite and we're sorry to hear that your stay didn't quite meet your expectations this time round, as that's certainly the opposite of what our team strive for. Just to go back on a few of the points raised ...

- Our shower and toilet facility does offer hooks on the back of the doors to hang clothes whilst you're having a shower and are cleaned twice daily by our housekeeping team. If you have any issues during your stay please do raise this with the campsite reception team so we are able to resolve this on the day for you.

- The electric card costs £5 for the deposit which is refunded in full back to you at the end of the stay, so we can use this for the next person camping on your pitch. We can see that the card was returned back to our team and your £5 deposit has been refunded back to you.

- Our campsite WIFI is included at no extra cost for our camping users and there is a code within your campsite welcome pack. If you have any issues with the wifi during your stay, please do let us know so our team have the opportunity to help resolve this for you.

Syntes om Nothing to dislike, 4th time I've stayed at box end. Always clean, relaxed, excellent shower block. Lovely friendly welcome when booking in. You can chill out or enjoy the many water sport facilities on site.

Syntes om Nice pitch, I was only there for one night to attend a gig at Tofte Manor. Taxi back from Bedford train station was £11
Toilets and showers were spotless..

Syntes ikke om I was the first pitch in and there was quite a lot of cars coming through until around 1 a.m. soot was noisy. Gates were supposed to be closed at 10.30 but they were still open when I got back at 11.30

Syntes om Good sized pitches. Nice, open environment. Nice clean facilities. restaurant and bar on site very good. Great customer service.

Syntes ikke om The apparent "resident" population was a little off-putting. They did not cause any concern, but cosmetically was not comfortable.

Friendly checkin staff. Good restaurant/bar on site.
For a chilled break this site is great.
With the bonus of water sport activities

Syntes om 3rd visit to box end. Love it. Good size pitches, always a friendly welcome when booking in. U can relax and chill or take part in the various water sports on offer. Lovely clean shower / toilet block. Lovely walks around the site.

Syntes om The cafe did great food and drink. The green field was lush! The watersports looked great and very tempted to join in!

Syntes ikke om Other campers which didn’t respect our plot (walked through our camp area at all hours of the day- when we had a toddler to care for), stayed up until 3 singing and had lights shining into our tent- very disrespectful.

We're so sorry to hear that your fellow campers didn't respect your plot or our 22:30pm quiet time during your stay. Please do make sure to contact our out of hours team if this happens again on your next visit, as we have a strict quiet time between 22:30pm and 07:00am and anyone not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave the site.
