No em va agradar: Wardens if any didn't observe number of campervans ,caravans. Motorhomes group together for party gathering on more than one evening, kids playing football & large sit on kids electric vehicle noisily driving, until 11pm. Staff could have put us in quieter area before we pitched up properly to avoid our discomfort.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review following your stay as we appreciate the comments that you have made regarding the cleanliness of the park and toilet facilities.
Our park wardens live onsite and are therefore present each evening. Most of our pitches are versatile for either a touring caravan, motorhome, campervan or tent and guests can request a pitch when making a booking. All pitches however are allocated prior to arrival and not on the day so we were not aware that a group of friends had booked pitches close to you.
We do have a strict noise policy and ask guests to respect other guests during their stay. It is therefore disappointing to hear that guests staying near to your pitch did not adhere to our park rules. It is also against the park rules for ball games to be played in the vicinity of any accommodation, caravan, or tent as there is a large area at the rear of the children’s play area allocated for this.
All guests checking in at reception are given information which includes an out of hours number which is for guests to use when reception is closed, and this number is also displayed on the reception door. This number is for guests to use if they need assistance or if there is an issue to report as we want our guests to enjoy their time at Wooda, so any problems reported we do our best to resolve.
We hope to welcome you back to Wooda in the near future.

There is a bus service that stops at Wooda 3 times a day with 3 return times from Bude back to Wooda. Unfortunately, this service does not operate on a Saturday and Sunday or on a bank holiday. There is also a bus service that runs from the village of Poughill Monday to Saturday 4 times a day with 5 return times from Bude back to Poughill.

No em va agradar: Nothing to dislike but if you wish to have food on site try and book as early as possible, we were unable to get a slot for the takeaway - not the end of the world we had food with us just fancied a night off. It was mega busy and weather wasn’t great so assume the takeaway was busier than usual - again not a moan just more advise for others :)

I am sorry to hear that you were unable to book a slot for The Lodge Takeaway. Online orders can be made 2 weeks in advance or upto 4pm on the day or orders can be phoned through from 4.30pm on the day or you are welcome to pop down to the Takeaway and place an order direct. The staff will always do their best to accommodate any orders wanting to be placed.

During peak times, the pottery takes place on a Tuesday and the children’s football, archery and arts and crafts all take place on a Thursday. We do however offer pitch and putt, tennis and badminton 7 days a week.
