No em va agradar: I genuinely cannot really think of anything to put that I didn't like. We couldn't find the alpacas, that was the only disappointment.

I am sorry you were unable to find the alpacas during your stay. A park plan is given to guests when they check in at reception which highlights the location of all our facilities, attractions and activities and there are also lots of signs around the park.

Large pitches , with very clean and modern facilities.
Plenty to do for the whole family and
we walked to Bude which took 35 mins and caught a bus back.
Bude is lovely with great beaches and definitely worth a visit, we are already planning another stay.

Beautifully maintained site, grass cut short, established plants etc
Nice clean showers and toilets.
Lovely bar with nice food and also a takeaway on site which we didn’t try due to the long queue.
Well equipped shop.
Convenient waste disposal areas.No em va agradar: WiFi a bit patchy in the upper meadow.

No em va agradar: Nothing to dislike. One little observation. Every pitch had a picnic table but ours. Woukd have been nice to have sat at but we do have own chairs and table so no problem

Thank you for taking the time to post a review following your recent stay as we appreciate the comments that you have made regarding the free Wi-Fi we offer, the well stocked onsite farm shop and of our spotless facilities.
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your pitch and if this had been reported to us during your stay we would have done our best to find an alternative pitch for your stay as we want all our guests to be happy.
The Loft Takeaway is currently open Friday – Monday serving breakfast in the morning. When this is closed hot drinks can be purchased from reception, bakery items from the shop or there is also The Loft Coffee Shop.
With regards to your comment, we do not have enough shower and toilet blocks on the park. There are 3 blocks in total on the park with further toilets and shower facilities available in the Sports Barn and at the farm area which complies with the criteria set by the English Tourist Board and by the Planning Authority.
