No em va agradar: As a regular camping family we were due to stay for 10 nights, we left after 4 nights, this was a very poor. In fact I would go as far as to say the Parkdean resorts should be removed as a destination on your web site. Campers are an afterthought, the facilities are inadequate at best, pitches not large enough, pitches are mostly mud patches or puddles of water. Toilets were ok but no soap in the soap dispenser, not enough mirrors and toilets were often out of order. Wifi is available at an extra cost however you can’t receive a signal in the area where you are camping due to the lack of towers, if you’re staying in a static caravan you get your own hub. Camp shop was really expensive (£6 for a jar of jam) but due to the remoteness of the site you use it , unless you were prepared to travel the 26miles into Dumfries. I would not recommend this as a camping destination at all, fine if you have little kids and your prepared to spend a fortune in the main club house but if you’re looking for a traditional camping venue, stay away from this site.

No em va agradar: Expensive food & drinks in the eating areas, shop was expensive for certain things but you pay for convenience as there isn’t anywhere else close by.

It’s disappointing to hear you did not find our bar and restaurant reasonably priced. We always aim to provide something suitable for all budgets with ever changing offers throughout the season, as well as staying competitive with the local area.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: Nice big pitches with plenty room and distance from others. Big park lots of walking space for the dog. Access to the beach directly from the park, access to all facilities and a good handy shop right next to the pitches.
No em va agradar: Lots of staff cars parked near the laundry building and on the grass next to the pitch blocking access to the pitch on entry and making it really difficult to reverse my caravan into the space. Noisy lorries at 8am driving by laundry area and causing lots of noise whilst packing. Cleanliness of the toilet blocks could be better and no toilet roll.
