No em va agradar: Wi-Fi was poor on site when you were not close to the main area. Which was an issue when you have older children, plus the games equipment was in poor condition and these two conditions made us book their in the first place so was very disappointed. Also the tent pitch was very hard and we struggled to get the tent pegs into the ground (however ihadn't rained for 3 weeks), When we mentioned that they may want to hose it down to soften the ground, they responded we don't have time for that. I felt that camping guest were an after thought and they mainly catered for caravans that leave there caravans their all year round
I'm pleased to hear that you found the facilities near your pitch clean. We do have another block a short walk from your field with plenty of showers and toilets. The w-fi is currently being upgraded throughout the park and will then include the field that you were staying in. We have had wonderful weather recently and I'm sorry that our wardens didn't have time on the Bank Holiday to wet your pitch. They were busy keeping our many showers and toilets clean. I'm surprised that you found the games room equipment in poor condition as the tables tennis, table football and skittles were new this year.
Excellent site, Clean facilities and good serviced pitches.

An area which my 13 year old enjoyed with table tennis, pool, table football. Clean and tidy showers and toilets.Quiet tent pitches, we were in our own little glade area, would however pick an area that got more sun in the evening next time. Our area had its own bench with water tap and electric hook up.Close to a leisure centre so my daughter could go swimming. Would use this site again.No em va agradar: Overgrown in parts with nettles and weeds. A small shop would be handy.

Bus comes every hour and stops right outside for short trip into local town of Caenarfon. Can't recommend this site enough.Great location for drive into Conwy to see the Castle and walk on top of the wall around the town or lanberis if u fancy climbing Mount Snowden Definitely one for the Bucket list.

Slightly difficult to have a good sleep as you would slide down the mattress due to the incline
