All facilities were great and we will be returning.

The pitches we had had lots of privacyNo em va agradar: The female warden/manager is very ill mannered.
Two members of our party said she was rude to them when they arrived, they felt un necessarily so.
I have an electric vehicle and I had plugged it in on the 2.3kw charger I have and use at home and was asked to unplug it, which is absolutely not a problem for me and as soon as I was made aware I apologised and I unplugged it straight away. The problem is with the manner in which I was asked, it was so rude and un necessary.
I’d like to make it clear I don’t have a problem with not being able to charge my car at the pitch as the site EV charger was broken, I absolutely have a problem with the manner in which I was spoken to. I had young children present who I would never confront somebody in front of, especially somebody who had this tone with us to start with. After a long drive it wasn’t a very pleasant experience.
We were respectful and polite in return and did as we were asked to do.
This is the first time I have ever left a negative comment on any camp site, it is not something I would do lightly as I always find lots of positives on any site we have been to, but I felt the attitude of this lady was really letting the site down and is the reason we won’t return, which feels a real shame. She is aggressive in her tone and not at all welcoming or accomodating.

The site was well maintained and had everything you need. The pitches are spacious, level and well planned out, plus they are easy to find on the map. Felt safe at all times and the weather was fantastic. Recycling bins, a lot of sites don’t recycle!
No em va agradar: Maybe a couple more picnic benches, there was only 2 in the field we were in.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: The exceptionally clean toilet and shower facilities made our stay very comfortable as first time campers.
The pitches are a great size, more than big enough to accommodate our 7.5m x 6m tent with plenty of space around also.
No wifi onsite but a strong 4G and phone signal made this no issue.
Dedicated dog walking area with dog poo bin also made things easier as we took our dog away with us. They have to be kept on the lead at all times but as each pitch is so big, you can get away with a long lead.
Staff are extremely helpful, very approachable and friendly.
Only a 10 minute drive from Caernarfon and plenty of supermarkets in close proximity too.
We will definitely return when revisiting this neck of the woods.No em va agradar: The pitch was very hard in places (solid rock a few mm underground) so we could have done with some much stronger tent pegs for those patches. Luckily the weather was glorious so we didn't have an issue with the tent not being pegged down as securely as usually required.
A bit of traffic noise from the nearby carriageway so if you want complete peace and quiet, this might not be the site for you. Although, the site itself is very larger so there may be quieter areas. Worth asking.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hard ground in some areas. We did have a long spell without rain, which made the ground hard. We're glad that the glorious weather allowed you to enjoy your stay without any issues.

Didn't have choice of grass pitch without power even though plenty available -size of camper is little bigger than VW Transporter and not been an issue on grass pitches on other sites
