The pitches were a fantastic size and very private.
The site was clean, very well maintained and modern with everything we needed. Bathrooms, showers, washing facilities, everything was in great condition and clearly looked after.
It was very quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but also very close to amenities, supermarkets and lots of local attractions and beauty spots
The whole site felt very secure too, which is always a bonus.
I also liked that we didn't have to leave site until 12:00 pm, which is an great idea. We were able to have breakfast and get packed away in good time without any pressure.
Well done to the team there, and thanks for making our stay that much betterNo em va agradar: Perhaps an additional dog waste bin would be an advantage as some selfish guests tend to leave the odd present for others to move (Which I cant blame the venue for)
I also thought the charges to add my son and his partner, along with additional costs for their puppy and their car were excessive, compared to many other venues we have stayed at... This didn't spoil our visit but thought this would be useful feedback to offer

We do have dog waste bins in our designated dog walks.
Regarding the charges for additional guests, their puppy, and their car, we apologize if you found them to be excessive. We do charge more for additional people, as we feel this makes it fairer for couples or smaller families staying with us.

It was peaceful with just the sounds of the wildlife and the occasional friendly dog staying on site. The shower blocks were clean and tidy and not too far away. If you stay in a caravan you might have views of the mountains but in a tent you are more secluded. The pitches are of reasonable size for the larger modern tents. They were also fully serviced with a water tap and electric.

No em va agradar: Only issued we had was the bed mattress was a little thin and we could feel the slat’s underneath, could go with a topper maybe. And the logs provided didn’t burn so brought more. But only minor issues and didn’t change our experience.

We understand that the absence of security gates on the motorhome pitches may have been a concern for you. We value the safety and security of our guests. We do have cameras covering the section you were staying in.
We're sorry to hear that you found the quality of the hardstanding to be poor. I don't understand why.
Regarding the pricing, we apologize if you found it to be unreasonably expensive. You did stay during the Whitsun holiday week. Prices are cheaper at other times.
