    Friendly and helpful welcome on arrival, offering all the necessary information plus details of local amenities. Clean, tidy and well-kept site with small on-site shop for essentials. Motorhome service point is very handy and shower block is very respectable, as are the toilets.
    Short walk to a couple of local pubs and public footpaths nearby. A lovely adult only, dog friendly site.

    Anne couldn’t be more welcoming, even let us arrive early and leave late so we could make the most of the weather and enjoy some lovely walking straight from the site, thank you.
    The under floor heating in the shower block is so lovely and cosy!

I was told recently that there were spots to park in Frinton on Sea but I haven't checked it out yet. I do know that nearby Walton on Naze allows motorhomes in their car parks.

    As a frequent visitor we know the site very well and always ask for a certain area of the site to get the evening sun, mainly due to the high hedges around on other parts, We like the quiet and surrounding area and the walks from the site.

    We were pleased with the welcome from Annie and she was a great help during our stay.

    Lack of WiFi if more than 20yd from base.
    The showers and toilet block are well looked after but the showers need a bit of work as the water doesn't run away properly(uneven floor) and the timing on the showers is a bit haphazard

We always recommend guests stay on the main field if the Wifi is needed because of our location.

    Layout of the pitches, giving each pitch its private space, also the facilities were kept very clean and they were very well heated. the site managers were very helpful and provided useful information about the area.

    You could hear the Traffic from the main road but the road was not that busy so not too much of a problem.

    nice secluded pitches shingle hard standing water tap about 10 feet away not too bad toilet /shower block about 30 feet away with grey waste and chemical on one end and washing up area to the side everything was well signed toilets and showers were very clean and fresh .nicely heated and piped music
    the owner on arrival was pleasant and very helpful as he let us in through the key coded barrier

    in all its a very pleasant site about 50 pitches but because the way its divided out you don!t realise

    the entrance/exit opening could have been wider as the hedges made it hard to see traffic coming from the right all thou its not a busy road it did make it awkward
    the main A road traffic was bearable except for the odd motorcycle
