Will stay again, in hopefully better weather!No em va agradar: Only downside was frequent firework noise during the day (perhaps bird-scaring nearby), this was NOT the fault of the site though.

Hi Geoff, thanks so much for taking time to leave a review and sorry that your pitch was so soggy. If you'd spoken we could have found another pitch for you although, as you know we have had an unseasonably wet and rainy season and with the park grounds being clay based everywhere is retaining water. Lets hope this year is dryer than 2023 and if you visit us again you can enjoy a dry and sunny spot! Best wishes.

Firstly, we were impressed by the beautiful location of the campground. The surrounding nature and peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We particularly enjoyed waking up to the sounds of birds chirping and being able to stargaze at night.
The facilities at the campground were well-maintained and clean. The bathrooms and showers were spotless, and we appreciated the hot water and adequate space provided. It made our stay comfortable and convenient.
We also want to highlight the well-kept grounds and spacious campsite. The designated picnic areas were a great addition. The layout of the campground allowed for privacy and a sense of seclusion.Lastly, we had a great time exploring the nearby hiking trails. The opportunities for outdoor recreation were plentiful and ensured that there was never a dull moment
