We spent a week Marwell resort which we felt wasn’t long enough to fit everything into! We was on the VIP field which was a perfect spot for us! We was so impressed with how the owner Digby took the time to come and introduce him self and made sure we was ok! He’s so kind and always went out his way to speak with you no matter how busy he was!
He was so proud of his site which he should be cause Melwell resort is exceptional. We felt proud for him! All the staff worked so hard and was friendly. The bar manager who was from near where we live in Cannock was brilliant and helped us with where to visit and things to do! We felt so welcome no matter what part the site we was visiting. The pitches was lovely and flat and well kept!
Shower/toilet blocks was brilliantly clean and always smelt fresh! Facilities was outstanding.
The bar and restaurant was great, food was very good and a good selection of drinks! The food and drinks was fairly price. Rock star bingo was so fun, the DJ was brilliant and made sure everyone was involved. Steve the singer was brilliant!
The activists on site was brilliant the kids loved the tree topper experience. I would have liked to have seen a family ticket for the actives not because they was expensive but when there is 3 children wanting to do everything it becomes expensive which mean they couldn’t do everything!
I don’t like complaining but one evening I had to text the night warden phone due to loud music and people being very loud at 11.30pm within 5 minutes we heard someone over there sorting the problem, we was so impressed.
We loved Marwell resort and would 100% recommend for all ages! We went as 3 families ranging from 60 to 2 years old everyone of us enjoyed it. It’s very central to lots of main places.
Soon as the booking is open for next year we will be booking to return.

There wasn’t anything to dislike because Marwell resort was perfect!!

The staff were amazing and very accommodating and added another night to our stay, the facilities were good and the pizza was really tasty

From the moment we arrived it was perfect the staff are amazing the site is clean tidy but most of all it’s safe the amenities were clean well looked after the pitches were perfect size the electric hook up was perfect

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Everything felt modern, clean and of a decent quality.

The shop had more limited selection then I would of liked. There is a gap in activities for kids between 5-8 as they can only do golf or fake plastic axe throwing. The activites the other kids did didn't have good feedback as they said it was a lot of standing about doing nothing whilst waiting for others to have their turn. £17.50 to shoot an air rifle 10 times is a bit much. Lack of information on local activities as only half a dozen brochures. Additionally services such as ability to pay to have tent erected etc would be good.

Toilets and shower, attitude of the staff , the idiot who hired a karaoke singer on tuesday evening , who put his amplifier on max and couldn't perform well .

The way the park is set out, the pitches are not packed in. There are nice spaces for the children to play. The washing room facilities are kept clean you always see a member of staff keeping them stocked and clean which was good as it was muddy due to rain. Good options for over 8’s activities. The hub had a good selection of breakfast items.

Limited selection to eat as the camp site only has one small venue to eat at. Pizza only available on occasional days, I personally think pizza takeout would be a good option. You can’t just walk to find any other food choice you would need to go out in the car. It’s was a shame some of the activities maybe need a height rather than age dependent as the 8 limit seems a bit to high when looking at what they are actually doing.
