No em va agradar: People arriving at 8.00 & 8.40 with Caravans to pitch up (we had a baby & toddler so I checked the time before booking-this is between12-6.00-so that woke them up for the rest if the night) lots of dog dirt all over the grassed areas next to our pitch. Taxis bringing people back at 12.20am (no gates on the site)

No em va agradar: Rowdy groups of campers making lots of noise until 1.30am, drunk and swearing. Awoken by someone drunkenly shouting at 3.30am. Such a shame as it has put us off coming back again a bit.

We do monitor the park, but if issues like this occur, we encourage guests to contact reception or security so we can address them straight away. We hope this won’t put you off returning as most guests have the peaceful experience you described.

Most of the ground not 100% level, but that didn’t bother me. Very comfortable showers and toilets. Friendly staff to welcome you.

The cliff top location does mean it can get windy at times, but it also makes the scenery so special. Guests using the bins provided really helps us keep litter to a minimum, but we’ll continue working hard to keep the site tidy. We hope to see you again.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased you enjoyed the facilities, shop, fish and chips, play park and the lovely views. Guests can pre-arrange later arrivals, which is often the case on a Friday after school or work. People are also welcome to enjoy their stay, and may return by taxi if visiting local towns or events. We’re sorry this caused some disturbance, but it’s not fair to place the blame on another family’s holiday. We do monitor the park, provide bins and check regularly, though sadly not all dog owners clean up after their pets. We appreciate your feedback.
