Well stocked shop at reasonable prices and fish and chip shop on site was an added bonus for when we didn't want to cookNo em va agradar: Toilets/shower block too small for the amount of users, especially over the bank holiday weekend
They also need upgrading, not enough space in shower cubicle if you have to shower a todler, nowhere to keep clothes dry whilst in the shower

Our facilities are used most heavily over the bank holiday weekend and this can make them busier than usual. Well stocked shop you can find everything you needed for breakfast , bbq etc.
Great facilities ,showers with nice hot water.
Quite expensive but delicious fish and chips !
Only one downside we found were very noisy seagulls at 4 o'clock in the morning and toilets located quite far from the pitch that were open over the night.

No em va agradar: too many tents , not enough showers , toilet facilities poor , porta loos , bar not big enough for amount of people on site , small chipshop , not enough food served on campsite , dogs running around
Thank you for your review David. We’re pleased you found booking in easy and liked the shop. The overflow field is only used at our busiest times and this can mean facilities are in higher demand. Alongside the portable toilets there are also larger toilet and shower blocks across the park which are available to all guests. Our facilities are more than big enough for our requirements and are an ample size for 99% of the season, though you are judging them from your visit on the busiest weekend of the year. We’ll take your comments on board and hope you enjoyed your time overall.

Large toilet and shower block which is cleaned regularly.
On site fish and chip shop is very good!
Handy little shop on site to sell basics, and even bags of ice for cool box.
The ability to pitch your tent wherever you wish if staying non electric.
Entertainment in the bar for both adults and children, and when checking in get info for opening times for everything etc.
Location is great, and access to nature trails along the cliff. Can walk to Scarborough (6 miles) and Filey (3 miles)
Short drive to Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington/Whitby so lots to explore!
Tesco, Lidl etc short drive away to stock up on food/drink
No em va agradar: Swimming pool is smaller than imagined which wasn’t an issue, but the chlorine strength was over powering and myself and the kids could only manage 10 minutes as eyes were burning! Either too much chemicals, or simply lack of ventilation as no windows open.
Due to being able to pitch where you want some people would lack common sense and try pitch a tent too close for comfort.
