Lovely clean site with friendly staff.

Em va agradar Loved the location of the site, right next to the river. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The little cafe was well stocked and we enjoyed a drink outside on the grass. The grounds were clean and well maintained.

No em va agradar dirty blocked toilets,staff new and didn’t know about layout of site or where too park and music being played until 3am from inconsiderate campers ,ruined our night away

If you had notified us at the time we could have done something about every point you have mentioned. We would like to think that we are very approachable and would always deal with any situation to the best of our ability in the shortest time possible. I had a fantastic stay at River Wye Campsite! The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond, especially when it came to helping me store medication that needed to be kept chilled. The coffee on site was a lovely bonus – genuinely some of the nicest I’ve had at a campsite.
The location is perfect for families, couples, and even dogs. There’s a beautiful riverside walk right from the site, and plenty of well-thought-out activities to keep children and adults entertained alike.
No em va agradar The only thing that stops this from being a 10/10 is the washroom facilities – they’re functional but would really benefit from a modern update to match the quality of the rest of the site.

No em va agradar Showers were not that warm. Also my battery pack was stolen when on charge so definitely not somewhere you want to leave valuables - only while in shower and came back and gone!

Im really sorry your battery pack went missing - we haven't had a report like this before in 5 years of operating - we are a friendly family run and family orientated campsite. Many campers come and charge their phones and packs in our onsite cafe no problem at all. If this is found at all I will contact you.
