Aquest lloc destaca per la seva tranquil·litat enmig del bosc, a prop d'un rierol, oferint una autèntica desconnexió. Els hostes, especialment Chris, són molt apreciats per la seva calidesa i ajut. Els allotjaments són nets, acollidors i ben equipats, amb hidromassatges populars. La sala de jocs i la botiga de confiança són addicions benvingudes. Tot i que molts gaudeixen de la manca de senyal per desconnectar, es recomana planificar excursions. Altament recomanat i amb moltes ganes de tornar.

Em va agradar Travelled as a family of 5 with kids age ranging from 16 to 3 we all loved escaping from the world for a few days listening to the birds and the stream playing in Steve's shack and having lovely hot tubs.not to forget bbqs and roasting marshmallows in the firepit Everything has been thought of and I am already looking forward to returning at some point! We could get 5g at one end of the valley but one of the things I liked the most was not being able to get it and properly escaping!

Em va agradar What a fabulous relaxing couple of days we had, everything you needed to hand, the hot tub was fantastic . It was so peaceful, just the birds and the trickling of the little river just below the cabin.

Em va agradar We had a wonderful stay at Owl Valley in their bell tent 'Short Eared'. The tent came with everything you could need, our own outside kitchen, fire pit, picnic table
and compost loo n shower.
The owners had decorated the area as it was my sons birthday whilst we were there. So very generous.
The lift of our stuff from the car park to the tent was very much appreciated!
We loved the quiet private nature reserve by a babbling stream but only a short drive to Bideford, shops and beach.
The kids loved the rope swing by the stream.
Steves shack had lots to entertain guests from a pool table to a piano to books n games. The honesty shop had many things if you run low.

No em va agradar Very hard to find anything we disliked as its such a lovely place.
Obviously you dont have mobile signal/WiFi which is great for peace n quiet. If you need to contact owner you need to be offsite where you get a signal. We ran low on sawdust but when we messaged he was very quickly filled up for us - thank you!
Also very minor the tent instructions mentioned a freezer in the honesty shop. Tried to find it but actually didn't need to as the owner very kindly changed the freezer packs every day in the provided cool box. Thank you!

Em va agradar We liked everything! It's rare I say that about a place but there was genuinely nothing we didn't like. It's is in a beautiful setting and run by the most friendly and helpful people. We stayed in Barn Owl cabin which was well equipped. The hot tub was cleaned and heated daily, and the freezer block were replaced with out us even noticing. The cabin was warm and cosy and the compost toilet never smelt. Our son loved the games cabin and rope swing and there was a cute little honesty shop.

Peaceful site with hot outdoor showers, cosy bell tent and comfy bed.

Em va agradar We stayed in the Bell tent, and it was comfortable and cosy. Enjoyed having a personal kitchen and hot shower. Loads of wildfire in the valley, and it's peaceful even though you're so close to the local town. Great idea to have a games/pool shack for the unpredictable British weather! Hope to visit again soon.

Em va agradar Everything! The woods are beautiful and the stream running through the site brings it together. Hosts were fantastic and we were accommodate to for every need. Even has a fantastically hot out door shower.
