Em va agradar Really cosy cabin, loved the Everhot stove. Kitchen small but had what we needed. Comfy bed. Hot tub took few hours to get going in freezing temps but it was great once we had managed it. Very kind to provide new logs each night, and Chocs & wine treats on arrival too. The site was really interesting and very spacious, small shop & cafe, outdoor gym. Canal walks to Audlem and Nantwitch. Board games and tv hdmi cable supplied.

No em va agradar Couple of suggestions only - hooks for dressing gown outside next to hot tub and some slippers would be nice as we forgot ours and had to run to the hot tub barefoot.

Lovely and clean everything we needed and more with the lovely xmas decorations complimentary champagne chocolates lovely little set up on the bed was so nice for new years eve lovely and cosy Also complimentary wine biscuits we was surprised. Down to the tea coffee sugar milk bottled water everything was there to start are stay. Hodnet cabin we couldn't fault loved it and the hottub was great with lots of wood provided. All the little touches was so nice. Amazing views very quiet and not far from anything you need or want to do. I will be back in the summer i can only imagine it's even more beautiful. Thank you so much for are lovely 3 night stay i would highly recommend.

Em va agradar Amazing touches, decorated for xmas, complimentary wine and all the luxuries we could ask for. Cabin was warm cosy and had everything you could want! Very quiet and relaxing! Plenty of wood for the hot-tub.

Em va agradar It was a lovely setting very peaceful chilled and quiet, staff were helpful, nice walks along the canal.

No em va agradar I ordered two sets of flowers and was only one set, but once I told the staff the refunded all of the extras, but still the suprise was not what I'd of hoped for.

Later on our first night we done a fire in our out as we went to move it further back the leg came off so then had to put the the fire out. Told staff next day they did replace it with another one and gave us more fire wood.

Our first morning there we went to the on site cafe, my girlfriend ordered scrambled egg on toast it looked more like a gloopy omelette even the dog didn't want any. My tomato on my breakfast wasn't even cooked, could have bounced it off the wall it was that hard like eating a bullet.

On our last day we went out for the day to come back to cook in our pizza oven only to find that all of our fire wood had been taken, when I complained regarding this to staff there reply was oh we thought you had gone so we took the wood back. Not very professional and would not recommend to stay here nor will I be coming back..

Flowers and Anniversary Package

We appreciate your feedback and are genuinely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the flowers, we acknowledge that only one bunch was provided. However, this was based on our concerns that you may have inadvertently ordered both flowers and a package that also included a bunch. To address this, we exchanged one of the bunches for additional special extras intended to enhance your anniversary celebration. When you later raised the matter, we refunded the cost of all extras, which you kindly expressed gratitude for at the time.

Firepit Incident

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the firepit. We conduct weekly checks on all our furniture, but unfortunately, this issue occurred. As soon as you informed us, a member of staff promptly replaced the firepit and provided complimentary wood and kindling, which are usually charged as extras.
Provision of Firewood
Concerning the firewood, when the matter was brought to our attention at reception, we immediately supplied fresh logs. The removal of your firewood was an honest mistake on our part, and we are pleased that you were satisfied with our prompt response in resolving this issue.

Cleanliness Standards

Regarding cleanliness, we take great pride in maintaining impeccably clean wagons, which are thoroughly cleaned and double-checked prior to each guest’s arrival. If any issues had been mentioned during your stay, we would have been more than willing to address and resolve them immediately.

We must admit that it came as a surprise to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as you had previously indicated to one of our team members that you were considering rebooking three of our wagons for a future visit. Nevertheless, we greatly value all feedback and assure you that your comments have been taken seriously. We are committed to reviewing your observations carefully and will take appropriate action to address the concerns you have raised.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that smoking is strictly prohibited within our wagons. This policy is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, and we kindly ask that you keep this important rule in mind when making any future bookings, with other accommodation providers, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Em va agradar A beautiful location very peaceful. The wagon had everything needed for a most relaxing break.
The staff were all really friendly. There had been a slight mix up with our booking as we had ordered some extras which were not there on our arrival, when I went to reception they were already in process of rectifying it and gave us a lovely bottle of wine by way of apology, mistakes happen and they dealt with it admirably.
We will definitely stay again.

Em va agradar The layout of the old train carriage was absolutely amazing and set up was fantastic. For a small space it didn't feel small. The carriage was very clean, also had WiFi Alexa,TV a number of board games. A fantastic info sent by email. Cakes milk coffee teabags all provided has a welcome pack all free which was fantastic, clean towels and toweling robes, shower was spacious and fantastic, toilet roll provided not one or two but loads of rolls. Hot tub was great when hot this was controlled by a wood burner system and everything there for it to work IE matches fire lighters loads of kindling and loads of wooden logs which was also restocked daily. We couldn't fault the place.

Em va agradar The cabin was beautiful with thoughtful touches such as books and games. Plenty of firewood, firestarters and matches. Lovely welcome gifts of wine and even a small bottle of milk.
The surroundings are so peaceful and a walk along the canal was lovely. The stagger inn is just a small walk away from the route to the canal, perfect to stop in for a drink.
