Blanca's Bell Tents at Courtyard Farm is a small-scale glamping site set in the grounds of a working organic farm a couple of miles from the coast, with Hunstanton's seafront and beaches a 10-minute drive away.
Each tent here has a double bed and two singles (which, handily, can be folded up into chairs when not in use). Colourful mats, cushions, solar-powered lighting and low tables create a comfortable interior, while outdoor highlights include picnic tables, firepits and barbecues. Showers, loos and washing-up facilities are shared between the tents and are all maintained to a high standard.
This friendly farm mostly grows arable crops and is well-known locally for prioritising wildlife and welcoming walkers. There are several circular walks you can take around the grounds on well-established footpaths, as well and lots of other well-trodden rights of way – including the long-distance Peddars Way – slightly further afield. You won't have to wander far to stock up on supplies or find somewhere fab for a meal out, though – the village of Ringstead is just a mile away with its well-stocked local shop and popular pub restaurant.

Blanca's Bell Tents at Courtyard Farm has a lot of relaxing outdoor activities in the surrounding area, including the long-distance Peddars Way (10 minutes' walk), a 50-mile traffic-free trail that traces the route of an old Roman road through the Norfolk and Suffolk countryside. Also consider having a wander around the RSPB's reserve at Titchwell Marsh (10 minutes' drive) for birdwatching, some landscape photography or simply to appreciate its far-reaching views across The Wash.
Now you feel in tune with your surroundings, you might like to head off to Wild Ken Hill (10 minutes), a local rewilding estate where you can learn more about local ecology, or if you've got kids to entertain you could also organise a trip to Snettisham Park (15 minutes), a family-friendly farm park with pony rides and deer safaris for the little ones.
The local area also has plenty of grand estates and formal gardens to explore, with highlights including Houghton Hall (20 minutes), an 18th-century mansion near the coast that was built by Britain's first Prime Minister, and Sandringham (20 minutes), one of the royal family's favourite country residences.
