Claylands Caravan Park cancellation or changes
No refunds within 1 week of arrival date.
21 - 8 days before arrival : 50% of the balance will be refunded.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Arrivals and departures
If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the bar/restaurant or using contact the number provided on your booking confirmation on Mondays..
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Reception
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 20/07 and 01/09 and between 01/11 and 01/04.
Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.
Vehicles
Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
Additional terms
There is a charge of £6 per person per day to fish; a licence (available from the post office) is required and you must have your own fishing equipment.
