Admission
- Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Arrivals and departures
- If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Security.
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
- The site will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.
- Units will be allocated on arrival.
Changes to your holiday
- Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.
- Modifications are subject to a £25.00 fee.
Dogs
- Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
- Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Extras
- Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
- Facilities/activities including kids' club, swimming pool, Saturday evening show are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
General
- Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
- The grocery shop is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
- The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
- This site does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
Occupancy
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
Pool
- The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
Reception
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
Safety
- Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
- Firearms are not permitted.
- Open fires are prohibited.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
Vehicles
- Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
Additional terms
Fishing permits are available from reception at a cost of £14 per session. Fly fishing only is permitted. A maximum of three fish may be taken per session.
Unfortunately, many park locations and much of the site accommodation is unsuitable for visitors with mobility issues.
If, at the end of your holiday, you feel that the site team has not dealt with a complaint satisfactorily, please write to the park manager within 28 days of your return.
