Disposable barbecues and generators are not permitted.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The fishing lakes are stocked with Common Carp, Mirror Carp, F1 Carp, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Gudgeon Skimmers and small Green Tench.
This site does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
Pitches
Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.

If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
Open fires are prohibited.
Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
Vehicles
No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6:30 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
