Admission
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Arrivals and departures
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
- Units will be allocated on arrival.
Changes to your holiday
- Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
Dogs
- Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
- Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
- Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
General
- Bookings must not be for more than 10 consecutive nights.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
- Public areas are non-smoking.
- Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
- Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
- The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
- The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
- This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
Occupancy
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
Pitches
- Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.
- Tents are not accepted at this park.
- You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
Reception
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Safety
- Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
- Firearms are not permitted.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Open fires are prohibited.
- Please do not touch or feed the animals.
Vehicles
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
- Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
- The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- Units longer than 7.5 metres are not allowed.
Visitors
- Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
- Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
The park relies on a septic tank system and only biological fluids must be used as they must not contain formaldehyde or any other chemical that would kill the septic tank's essential bacteria. If you have any doubt about your fluid, please first check with the owners, who have the suitable liquid available at the park.
If reception is closed on arrival or you are arriving after 5pm, instructions to check-in will be left in a letter at the reception entrance.
