Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The grocery shop is open between 06/01 and 09/05.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €540.00 ($587.32) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 04/06 and 09/13.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 04/06 and 09/13 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/06 and 06/03.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 06/03 and 09/13.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Vehicles

• Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
